British Museum - Historical Baggage. Glenn Brown and his sources

British artist Glenn Brown (b. 1966) is best known for his paintings which appropriate works of art from the Renaissance to the contemporary, transforming them by altering their colours, scale, and context. This small display features a drawing and prints by Brown, alongside the sources that inspired them, illustrating his stylistic development over the last 10 years.
