National Museum of Contemporary Art - CHINESE XIEYI: Masterpieces from the National Art Museum of China

The exhibition CHINESE XIEYI: Masterpieces from the National Art Museum of China grouped into three parts – Freehand Brushwork, Imagery and Artistic Conception – showcases the NAMOC’s pursuit for the promotion and implementation of the ethos of Chinese culture. Viewing these exhibits, the audience will get insights into the unique Chinese ethos, epochal marks, and cultural confidence implied in the works, feel the humanistic spirit that has run through the 5.000 years of Chinese culture and tradition, and have an experience of the noble loftiness of literati painting and the flowing grace of aesthetic imagery.
